The RAPC provides recombinant antibody services including custom creation of mouse or fully human, sequence identified, recombinant antibodies. Design and production of protein antigens, including secreted or cell surface proteins. Cloning and production of antibodies is from human patient tissue or blood samples. We collaborate to investigate designs for targeting antigens, assess antibody binding to cell surface antigens and evaluate antibody potential to kill cells through different antibody dependent mechanisms.
