The North Texas Clinical Pharmacology Cancer Core (NTCPCC) provides assay development, validation and quantitative sample analysis for both large and small molecules in complex biological fluids/tissues to assist with both basic science and clinical research studies using LC-MS/MS or other chromatography based techniques. The NTCPCC also provides laser microdissection of tissue samples for quantitation of analytes withing specific regions of tissues. The NTCPCC can also provide pharmacokinetic analysis of the sample analysis results. The pharmacoepidemiology portion of the NTCPCC also allows investigators to find answers to questions requiring real-world evidence that may not be easily answered within the confines of randomized, clinical trials.
