The Texas Pediatric Drug Testing Core (TPC-DTC) has established over 200 patient derived xenograft (PDX) models representing solid tumors, brain tumors and leukemias. The Core provides a unique focus on developing new therapies for pediatric cancer by providing a facility to test drugs against PDX models with known genetic characteristics.
