Our core evaluates drug PK characteristics in rats such as crossover study for oral bioavailability, dose linearity studies, single and multiple dose studies, and PK/PD regiment determination in mice models. We evaluate in vitro hepatic metabolism and determine Caco-2 GI permeability.We also provide early drug characterization, formulation, and stability studies with a comprehensive Design of Experiment strategy (non-GLP only). Our core is unique in early-stage DMPK characterizations, high LC-MS/MS capability that allows whole PK profiling from a single mouse (only requires 10 uL blood for each sample point), and a team of experts in dosage formulation development.
